Subject: [CR]Parts ID?

Hi folks,

I still have the cheap and cheerful, factory, Falcon frame on the back-burner of projects. There is, however, a virtually identical (apart from the colour) one on E-Bay at the moment. I wasn't able to recognize all of the components, nor were one or two others to whom I sent the link:

I E-mailed the seller and he sent the following brief somewhat entertaining info:

The serial number is illegible. Stem: PIVO Rear Hub: Campangolo Front Hub matches rear but unmarked. Back wheel spins forever. Rear Der: Suntour Front Der: Simplex Brakes: Allenburger Made in Lincolnshire

I remember that the person from whom I got the frame said that there were Campy parts on it - perhaps ders., shifters, etc. Just for fun, can anyone help with the ID of the crankset in particular as well as anything else? I would imagine that not all the parts may be original. Who and what are Allenburger brakes?
