I just found that by going to Amazon UK I could order it for a total, with air mail shipping to this country, of about 27 Pounds. Not sure just how much this is in dollars, but I haven't been able to find it in some time. I know several other list members have been looking for it, also. All my customer information settings were in their files, just like ordering here, too.
