Raoul et al,

I'm reminded of an article I read many years ago (my apologies as it is a little OT) in CAR magazine, where several BMW engineers were asked their thoughts on the "new" rounded look in car bodies. The engineers stated that, "...after extensive tests in the wind tunnel, as well as extensive mathematical modeling, BMW concludes that aerodynamics aren't worth it!!"

They were referring to speeds up to 120mph, and the amount of expense involved in producing a design where the results could actually be quantified.

Draw your own conclusions......
