Revolt and secede? Maybe I should have written my initial post about the French and British group in words of one syllable for the hard of understanding. I was the prime mover behind the abortive attempt to start the group. There was a huge amount of interest in this project-around 100 people wanted to sign up. In fact, weren't you one of them?I got fed up with the negative responses from a few people and it never got off the ground.
However, your "British friends" have been doing their bit in their usual, understated, stiff upper lip way (ha, ha).

These are websites covering five British marques and, as far as I'm aware, none of us has revolted or seceded yet. (Bob's revolting but that's another matter.) I've got a lot of scans of British catalogues-including Selbach, Hetchins, LH Brookes, Thanet, RO Harrison, David, GA, Bates-that will be going up on my Hobbs website in due course. I don't think that's too bad.
How's your contribution to the vintage bike scene coming along?
As for your comments about Dale not owning the website, he can shut it down tomorrow if he wants. That's pretty conclusive-and probably pretty tempting, too.
