Hi Bill,

The answer to your questions is right there in Bruce's message - "When we visited the Merckx facory last year we saw a few MX Leader frames sitting neglected on the rack. So we thought we would get a few sprayed in the classic Molteni colours..."

These frames are a few years old, and are "replicas" in basic colors and decal styles only.
