[CR]Frame possibley built by a "Mitch Knelner"? from Boston

I recently acquired a frame that may have been built by a "Mitch Knelner"?. I am told that he was making frames in a Boston,Mass location in the 70's. I was also told that a "Klein" from MIT and a " C. Chance" worked in his shop at that time.

This frame has 36 x 24 BB and is a typical lugged frame of the times.

I would like to make sure that he built this frame and if so can I get info and possibly some decals or pics of the lettering.
