Subject: [CR]bike disassembly night

Just a reminder that Bike Disassembly Night is tonight, 6:30PM, at my house in Middletown. We'll be disassembling a 1946 Olmo, 1948 Benotto, 1953 Learco Guerra, and 1957 Bianchi. Lots of interesting bike parts to examine, bearings all over the floor, and vintage Italian bike grease up to your elbows, plus maybe pizza and beer. Bring your own work gloves.

Parts for perusal include: 1940s Campagnolo two-lever "cambio Corsa" racing shifter with sliding axle. 1950s Campagnolo single-lever "cambio Paris Roubaix" sliding axle. 1940s Campagnolo "automatic wing nuts". 1949 Simplex "Tour de France" rear derailleur. FB 3-piece hubs. Old cranks and cotter bolts all over the place. Original 1940s Cinelli stems and bars. Old shoes, old jerseys, old junk galore.

E-mail for directions.
