This is out of the time scale Alfa Lum circa 1990 was indeed a Soviet Union Pro Team. Alfa Lum is an Aluminium manufacture they rode Colnalgo frames and the directeurs sportif were Primo Franchini and Sergei Morozov. There notable riders were Dmitri Konyshev the first soviet cyclist to win a stage in the Tour de France also Djamolidin Abdujaparov and Andrei Tchmil. Think you will find the Alfa Romeo's were the for runners of this team and were mostly Soviets.
