Odd frame Chris. The lugwork doesn't look at all French, more like Italian, but you almost never see an Italian frame with French threading. The dropouts are definitely not Simplex or Huret. They appear to be Campy or perhaps Zeus. If they are Zeus, this is probably a Zeus or similar Spanish frame. In the 60's and 70's they often had French threading. If the dropouts are Campy, it is probably from some other country that might have used French threading. Belgium, Holland? Anyone know what threading Scandavia and Germany used in the 60's and 70's? There were a few French manufacturers who sold all Campy models with Campy dropouts, and some of these may have had Italian-style lugs as well. The prime suspects here would be Bertin, Follis, and perhaps LeJeune.
