Oops, i re-read that description of the paramount and i think my calipers are later weinmanns and are 610's (type (b) below.) So there seem to be be at least 3 phases of weinmann centerpulls :

(a) Name "Wienmann" engraved into the arms, arms look like sidepull arms. (b) Red-label name "Weinmann" on arm, pivot bolts have _red metal washers_ (c) Red-label name "Weinmann" on arm, pivot bolts have _red plastic washers_ and pivot bolts have associated nuts on the backside (unlike (b) above). (d) Various special-color labels (e.g. black, even blue) starting when? (e) End of production ?

a nickel for anyone who can date these events ... Maybe we should start a weinmann timeline (like campy timeline), since these brakes were quite revolutionary when introduced and they lasted for almost 30 years ... remarkable.
