The reason is that there isn't any real market for one in the US. Also, if you can't use a hammer to install and remove your pins a modified C-clamp works great. If someone MUST have the real thing I see them on Ebay at least once a month. Plus lots of shops out there have one they'll sell if you ask nicely. enjoy, Brandon"monkeywrench"Ives SB, CA
