I am fascinated by the Italian and French racing bikes. How do I learn more, how do I get reliable rice guides are just a few of the questions. For instance, I have an opportunity to buy an early 80's de Rosa frame and fork. It has been repainted, but it appears to be a quality job. Should I buy it, and if so what is a fair price?
Is there a better way to learn than trial and error?
