An acquaintance of mine just asked me about a bike he describes as being a schwinn (has not decals) with lugs all around except at the seatstays which sound like they are fillet brazed. The bike also comes with a complete Shimano Eagle GTO drivetrain in full Drillium. So my 2 questions are: were there any Schwinns that used mix of lugs and brazing? I've never heard of Eagle GTO, I'd appreciate any info on the line I could get.
