25.0 is correct. In the classic era, all the major manufacturers made 25.0, Campy, Zeus. Gipiemme, Simplex. There are still some made, perhaps American Classic, for sure the Kalloy Laprade which is pretty much the same as the old SR Laprade, which was (I think) produced under license from the original French manuafcturer. Bike Tools Etc. amd Lickton's, among others sell the Laprade. I just bought some new Kalloy Laprades. They aren't as highly finished as a Campy, but then neither was the original French Laprade. This is an easy post to adjust and very classic looking. No obvious Kalloy markings. The only thing I don't like is the post is very long, and the size is stamped near the bottom, so if you cut it shorter you lose the size marking.

Also, Sheeldon Brown has classic Simplex posts in 26.0 for $39.95. These are the later alloy version without the badge.
