Richard

A while ago I was fortunate to purchase a restored Ideor "Professional". Best estimates appear to be early 60's as many top models were fitted with the Brooks Narrow Rail Saddle. According to the Ideor brochure (available from Chuck S at http://www.velo-rendezvous.com ) Ideor's were well equipped with Campy Record HF Hubs, Columbus Extra Light Tubing, Campy, Stronglight and Magistroni cranks.

There are numerous former Ideor Track and Road bike owners on the CRList. I hope you are able to generate a good thread from your query, I am looking forward to learning more as many Ideor's were imported to owners across North America from perhaps as early as 1956/57 to the early 60's.

Will all those Ideor owner's please stand up ???
