I've got both saddles, but I think the Swallow does push back a bit more. There's also seatposts with greater setback at http://www.wallbike.com/seatposts.html (which is also a great place to buy Brooks).

Baylis "svelte" looking? I've met Brian and he's definitely the "frumpy" type to me... oh, you mean one of his bikes... ;^)
