Wayne!

Thank you very much for setting up Cornelius with his needs of these small parts. We were contacted the other day but as it is were just a tad bit on the busy side....If anyone really wants to talk to me overhere the best time to get in touch with a real live person! 1:00 AM to 3:AM is a almost sure thing! Yep!...........Some wacked out hours but it's the only way we can keep up with the work load!...........I Suprised list memeber Arron Lipstadt when his call rolled in at about 1:30 AM.....This is our time! If anyone does try to call and gets the recorder then this means that I am camping out at the warehouse getting some work done! Quick note! Those of you who for some reason that does have this number ''PLEASE!'' do not let it out!.....It's not that I don't want to talk to someone but it's ''GREAT!'' talking to some of you but at these hours it's ''HUMP TIME!'' Yep! I know there's a many CR list members who are curious about Renaissance cycles and I mentioned that we were going to be sending some pics to the group! Well at this time we are working on adding a page of the happenings at Renaissance. We're hoping this will give a ''VERY GOOD!'' idea of what to expect when Renaissance is relocated Stateside and it's a good indication of what we're dealing with at this present time. As a teaser we'll be tossing in a few pics with our ebay sales, so take a look!

BTW: Wayne I was going to reply to your needs but I need to sort out these pins and bushing.

On these Campagnolo items that Cornelius is in need of! There is 3 different set ups, the earlier version with the alloy pins which needs the heads to be pressed on both sides The sizing of the pivot pin holes of the upper and lowers are smaller!

2nd version I think is with one end being fitted while then other will have to be flared with a punch!

3rd version is with 2 hollow type ends which will need flaring on both end.

End size of # 2 and # 3 with their proper brass bushings are the same. I'm sure they both need different sized brass bushings? Meaning the brass bushings will not interchange from version 2 to 3 I remember assembling a rear mech and I ran across this problem. Lucky for me I have a good selection of these items to choose from. Bushing for version 2 and 3 will not fit the earlier rear mechs that requirers the alloy pins but then again with a shop with the propper tooling this can be changed. Now I'm just going off of the top of my head and I'm still a little bit cloudy on this matter because it was awhile back that I was messing with fixing up a rear meck, I'll be looking deeper into it sometime soon!

Catch you all on the rebound,
