Of course you can subscribe. They will gladly mail a subscription the the US. I am a bit annoyed at them, though. I was going to renew early to get a Cycling Plus jersey they were giving with a subscription. But they refused to give it to me, saying the offer was only for UK subscriptions. Ah, we poor Americans are so persecuted :-(
