I have today dug out the long promised Wedgelock leaflet showing the first version of the chainset as Mick Butler spotted. I do have a copy of the 3rd edition Pullen - the illustration is an overall plan - I will try and do a scan when time permits - I have sent scans of the cat sheet to Dale so that they can be put up on the CR website and to Bob Reid too. The Wedgelock chainset is in fact called the Fingerslide cotterless pedal crank set. In addition to this single sheet I have a letter which was sent in response to a shop order - two Bezets are named as the directors of 'Cycle Trading Limited' operating from Moons Lane, Brighton Road, Horsham. It is dated November 1957. The set was announced earlier in 1957 in Cycling magazine. On the letterhead are also mentioned the 'Springer' forks (front and rear wheel springing patent pending) and Girderstiff cycle framesets.
