Did someone say on the eBay/PayPal thread that bidders not receiving their items have only 30 days to file a complaint? The first auction I won fron Cyclo-Network last month was Dec 14, and it is now Jan 8. Do I have to file a compliant by Jan 14 to protect whatever eBay rights I have (if any)? Has anyone in the US actually received any of the stuff bought from Cyclo-Network the week before Christmas? I'm beginning to fear all the scams may not be a thing of the past after all.
