Recently published photos of other pinstriped Paramounts show detailing identical to this. At least some of the striping is a very small uniform distance away from the lug, and the striping forms very sharp points in places. A real pro job that would be extremely difficult, if not impossible for an amateur to duplicate. He doesn't just highlight the lugs to accent them, he redraws them as they would be if they were perfectly formed, which Nervex curlies never are. This shot highlights it best, http://twistcomm.com/Bikes/66_Paramount/source/p1010030.html I'd bet it's original.

A while back, someone wrote that there was an old guy at the factory who did all the striping and when he left, Schwinn decided not to replace him. So, no more pinstriped Paramounts.
