Subject: [CR]Cyclo-network & eBay complaints

Got tired of waiting and emailed Matthias yesterday via "Ask the Seller a Question" on one of the auctions I won before Christmas - for Zeus pedals. He did answer today saying the pedals are both lefts and offering to refund the money or get me more pedals in 2 to 3 weeks. No explanation why he didn't bother to email me with this information, but let me wait a month with no goods and no explanation. Also did not explain where the other three items I paid for at the same time are. I asked about these in my reply. It is obvious Cyclo-Network feels absolutely no obligation to deliver goods promptly, and absolutely no need to keep buyers informed. If there is a problem and you don't contact them, they will let you wait in vain until hell freezes over.

Some people feel a little better toward them after finally receiving Grab Bags, but I consider this sort of conduct and attitude simply unacceptable. What if I had decided I would take a month to pay them? Would they have found that acceptable? If I am fortunate enough to ever receive the goods or a refunds I will consider this a lesson learned. I don't care how good their prices are, I simply don't have time for this sort of foolishness. I won't buy from them again.

Regards,

Jerry Moos
