In regards to the purchases from Cyclo-Network, I've found that compalints must be filed with PayPal within 30 days of the purchase. I made payment Dec 19, so I was almost out of time. I have filed compalints against Cyclo-Network with both eBay and PayPal. If in fact Matthias might have resolved this more easily, he has no one to blame but himself for failing to deliver goods or communicate with the buyer until almost the deadline for complaints. We don't need these sorts of people on eBay. We don't need these sorts of people in the classic bike community. We don't need these sorts of people in the world.

Regards,

Jerry Moos
