For those that are not familiar with Sannino (they don't appear very often here in the US), they have a very good reputation among racers in Italy. I have always heard of them be described as having more substance than esthetics, great to ride but not the most inspired looks. The finish on this particular frame actually seems quite nice.

When I was living in Turin, it seems that the non-sponsored riders more worried about appearances would go to Gios, whereas the riders more concerned with ride went to Sannino. Both were then local builders.
