OK, Ann... here goes

One of the advantages of living in a one-bedroom apartment with 10 (and counting) bicycles is that they are always close at hand. I turn my chair and have three Raleigh Clubmans next to me.

So tape measure in hand....

These are English bikes so it's inches folks, none that centimeter nonsense.

1948 Clubman 22" frame (c to t) or 21 1/2" c to c) 22" top tube c to c frame angles: 71 deg seat and head 26 x 1 1/4 wheels

1951 Clubman 22" frame (c to t) or 21 1/2" c to c) 23" top tube c to c frame angles: 71 seat and 73 head 27 x 1 1/4 wheels

1951 Lenton Tourist (same frame as the Lenton Sports) 23" frame (c to t) or 21 1/2" c to c) 22 1/2" top tube c to c frame angles: 71 seat and head 26 x 1 1/4 wheels

I am 6' 2", ride these with about 5 1/2" of seat post raised. The Lenton's not yet in service. But the three Clubmans are a "perfect fit" and for all types of riding very sure footed, comfortable and FAST.
