Whatever size it actually is , it's HUGE for a track racing frame !

The seller calls it a "63cm" .

Then the seller says it measures "64cm center to center" .

The seller calls it a 1977 .

In 1977 all Paramounts were made to exact INCH sizes , center to top .

64 cm center to center + 1.5 cm = 65.5 cm center to top

65.5 cm = 25.75 inches

And it APPEARS to be either a 25 inch , or a 26 inch frame .

This is HUGE for a track racing frame !

And somebody put a KICKSTAND on it !?!?!?!?
