I have a Masi 3V with a seized Phil Wood BB. We've soaked it in WD-40 and it (the rings) are still being stubborn. Perhaps ait needs a few more days of soaking. Any tips?

Note to RBB, I will call Brent at Phil Wood on Monday.

Thanks,

Mike Schmidt Stirling, NJ Mike, You might try a product call Kroil - it's similar to Liquid Wrench and was recommended to me by list members (special thanks to Bob Hovey and Listmaster Dale) when I had a stuck Cinelli 1A stem in a newly acquired Pogliaghi. I actually got the stem out with the Liquid Wrench but all the CR respondents said Kroil is much better. It (LW) just happened to work after 4 days while the Kroil was on order so I cancelled the order. Good luck.
