Tom, The site I've been using to host my pictures is at:

They don't require registration to look at picture, and the site is currently free, although I think they are soon going to switch to a pay service - although I think they will allow current users to stay free. Pictures at the link above are mine, but there is a link from that site to sign up for your own site. The site to upload photos is a bit picky - only seems to work with MS Internet Explorer, but to view pictures it isn't so picky. Good luck.
