Normally I would only get something that was as close to a perfect fit as I can, so far varying between 23-1/2" c-t or 58 c-c, to a 24-½" c-t tourer. But almost a year ago I got a 21" c-t red Paramount Track bike with Nervex lugs and all the chrome from 1974 complete with 3 sets of wheels, bars, stems, pedals, and seatposts and about 20 chainrings & 5 or 6 cogs. Its absolutely gorgeous and was too cheap not to go for it. I've been looking for the 58 cm frame thats compareable, but just haven't seen one nearly as nice yet.

I've got a long seat post and long throw riser stem and it'll get ridden, it'll get ridden.

Dan, chomping at the bit for warm enough weather and dry enough roads to test ride a couple of bikes I've been working on, Artley in Parkton, Maryland

\r?\n> this question. How many of you would buy a bike that is historical /

\r?\n> collectible if it is not your size. I am just curious because my answer

\r?\n> would be yes I would. In fact I have done it several times. Now I do have

\r?\n> a basic rule that I ride everything I buy/own even if it is not my size

\r?\n> but size alone does not disqualify my desire to purchase. Just interested

\r?\n> in each of your self imposed rules. I ride just about everything from a 56

\r?\n> inch hi wheel Rudge to a unicycle and even my bladed Ice Bike. The bikes

\r?\n> that are my size will get more time in the saddle and miles but again if

\r?\n> it is rideable I am on and away.
