Really? I've seen several Cinellis with starting bids in this price range (>$5000) during the last year at the japanese yahoo auctions but as far as I remember none got a bid. So I still wonder what the typical japanese yahoo selling bid of a late 60s Cinelli SC in very good condition is. BTW: When my wife returned from her weekly Volleyball training two weeks ago she told me that they've chatted about weird hobbies. When she mentioned her crazy husband filling up the house with old racing bicycles one of the older volleyball guys said, that he was a quite successful racer in the late sixties and that he still has his old Cinelli he won some kind of european junior championship with in 1968. It's stored since that time, he doesn't need it anymore and if anybody shows up who is interested...

Hi, all guys,

I saw the Cinelli, starting bid of 730,000 yen is about SEVEN THOUSAND dollars!

I would like Dennis to keep eyes on this, it might go up easily over 10,000.00!
