Hi Suzy, Is it just the chrome that's rusted? If the paint is ok, you can hand polish the chrome parts of the frame to, well a hgigh polish, then clear those parts. You save the paint, you save the "look" of the chrome parts, and it doesn't look like a rust bucket anymore.
