Pete,

It was my understanding that the "stock" RRA stem during this time period was a steel lugged clip fitting type that did indeed mirror the rather simple head tube pattern.  The catalog illustration shows this quite clearly.  So the RRA should be added to the "exclusive stem" list!

I have been told that larger frames (23" up) may have come with Reynolds stems with longer (3" up) extensions. The catalog also indicated that alternate stems could be fitted.
