Montlhery is a where not a what. It is a wonderful prewar racing circuit near Paris where racing continued until this year. At vintage meetings, the bicycles in the paddock were often as interesting as the cars and motorcycles, which is only proper as bicycle races were also held there. Now it is likely to disappear because the French are becoming as unappreciative of their true riches as the Anglo-Saxon world.
