When Paul first described this I thought it was that most awesome triple crank, the TA Tevano.
This 5 arm crank is a copy of a 144 BCD Campy NR but with an inner ring of 26 T!
My example is a 52-46-26 suitable for a wide range half step plus granny.
In the US at least, this crank is quite rare. The double chainring versions were a Campy me-to and I guess there was little demand for the triple, despite possibly being the best ever for loaded touring with a half step plus granny.

with a larger BCD. As I measure it in my living room it appears to be about
115 to 117 or so. The outer ring is marked, "DURAL FORGE GARANTIE LEGEOUR"
around a TA emblem. The crankset is very pretty! The rings are 52/47/36
for a halfstep plus granny setup.
