I bought this frame from Chris Beyer year ago after I met Chris for the first time at the Cycling Hall of Fame show in Somerville,NJ. The frame is all chrome, but it looks like the fork was just stripped and not rechomed, but the frame definitely was. Chris wasn't sure when the frame had been chromed by the prior owner. The size is 21&1/2" CC. Not sure of year, but probably early 70s.
