Subject: [CR]Pivo / Cinelli / Milremo stems

Hi all, I have a steel stem with a screwed on Milremo badge. The badge is thin etched brass with painted details, made in the same fashion as the Cinelli badged stems. Under this is the Cinelli stamp. It is a Cinelli steel stem in every other respect. When were these introduced?
