Something to do in the snowed in Midwest: Central IN Bicycling Assoc. (CIBA) is hosting their annual swap meet Feb. 15, east side of Indianapolis. go to http://www.cibaride.org for information. Not a big show, but one of those where you never know what you'll find. Tables are cheap for non-members. Hope to see you there.
