Actually Bicycle Research still makes the Shimano 2 prong remover, their part number is CT-600*2 NOTCH BR CLUSTER TOOL SHIMANO 600EX . figure your cost would be around $15.00 at the LBS level.

BR makes freewheel removers for a lot of old freewheels (Atom, Normandy, Regina, Campag, etc). A little pricy, but that is what you pay for Concord CA machine shop rates.
