I'd like to add a cautionary note, when looking underneath levers that are in use. It may be necessary to lift the adjacent squared edge of the gum hood to view the entire cutout (or uh, pressout ... :) right?). A "circle" that is partially covered by the hood, can deceivingly look like a "U" shape.
