As far as I recall, this was a rim that was supposed to fit tubulars and clinchers. I´ve got a set flying around as well, but I haven´t found the right size clincher to fit. Most of them are too big and hang out on one side when inflated. I think I´ve got an ad in one of my magazines for these, so I might have to dig it out...
