Subject: [CR]FH Grubb 'Resiliant Front Forks' model....?

..........not sure if anybody can help but a friend at work is selling his lightweight FH Grubb 'Resiliant Front Forks' model from 1927/8, what he needs is more information on the model but various websites and search engines have yielded nothing. One thing that is intriguing is that it has a 3 speed derailleur (similar to Cyclo) that appears to be an original fitment but were these available to riders in the 20's? the rest of the bike has all original components incl. chainset stamped FH Grubb and are in very good condition throughout, photo's are available. I've suggested testing the water on eBay but have no idea on advising a reserve to set. Frame and fork matching number is 8026, can anyone shed any light? regards Griff King-Spooner (London UK)
