hello all,
those are badges that have been around for years, lost in every corner of
the bike shop. We have a headbadge collection here, but it is rather full,
pushing cotton if you know what I mean, and I decided to put some on Ebay.
the Phillips and Raleigh Royale on ebay are also being sold by me. We
aquired them in a closed shop we bought out about 5 years ago. We got about
30-40 raleighs still in original boxes and tons of parts. it was a shop
that closed in the 80's but the seller stopped carrying a new bike line in
the late 70's, he would pick parts off of new old stock bikes(like the
Raleigh Royale and Phillips) to fix customers bikes. I also just sold a
never unwrapped Gran Prix the other day.
We don't really have anything left of that pile, but I wanted the list
members to know that we were not stripping these bikes down for there
frames and headbadges.
