The archives indicate that the Paganini brand frame has been discussed to some minor extent. From abroad I have been offered a twenty-five year old unused Paganini track bike. The archives indicate that there was never a frame builder by this name, but some company in Italy was manufacturing these and the Paganini name was applied, possibly only for export?
Can anyone offer anything more on this brand?
