He failed to ship for a week, which helped force me into filing a PayPal complaint before the deadline ran out. He didn't advise of the long shipping time to be expected. He asserted that uninsured shipments were "not his problem" an argument which both I and PayPal rejected. He doesn't meet my standards for Positive, but then I don't grade on a curve. When I sell something, I deliver, and promptly. Anyone who sells to me will be held to the same standard. Fortunately, the people on this list never seem to have had in difficulty in meeting that standard.
