Larry's option of a pair or nicer cinellis with cinelli buckles and Cinelli end buttons for $20 the pair sounds like a very good deal. but if it doesn't work out, BC at Renaissance has Binda black straps as well. cheers- Dave Andeson Cut Bank MT

That Scandalous Medici of mine needs black toe straps to finish it's speedy, racey (sexy!) look.

Did anyone make black toe straps in a material other than nylon webbing? Does anyone have any they'd like to part with that would be pretty much right for an edge-of-the-timeline bicycle made in 1983?

Ann Phillips, Decatur GA I have New christophe/Lapize black leather for $9 the pair or nicer cinellis with cinelli buckles and Cinelli end buttons for $20 the pair. These might have a little lamination but the black leather shows on both sides. If you're in a rush, they'll be there by Thursday for cheap or tomorrow for not cheap. An email off list works with the address and we cxan square if and when we meet.
