Subject: [CR]Fenders on a no-eyelet frame?

Having been soaked on my last two rides, and having sold my fendered bike when I thought I was going home from NJ at Xmas, I'm looking to mount some fenders on a different bike. The most suitable frame as far as brake clearance and chainstay length goes doesn't have eyelets. Does anyone have a fairly simple method for mounting fenders on a non-eyeleted frame? I know Blackburn used to sell detachable eyelets to fit in the openings of campy drop outs. Anyone got some to sell?

FYI, bike is a 60's Torpado, with Campy long dropouts. Paint is well patina-ed, so a few more scratches from mounting apparatus is acceptable.

Thanks!
