Did they give any reasons to support this? At first glance, it doesn't make much sense... what about swimmers, seems like they'd be closer to couch potatoes and astronauts since buoyancy supports much of their body mass.

I'm really worried... I spend plenty of time on the couch AND on my bike, plus my wife says my head is always out in space.
