Well, Once it warms up, I wil be building some display stands for both parts and bikes. I've made some test pieces for parts, and a couple bike stands. By test pieces, I mean ugly unfinished ones made from scrapwood.

I put up pictures of the front derailler stands last year, I'll do some of the other ones as I make them. Hopefully this will be soon, But the shop is unheated, and it's just been too cold lately. Until then, here's the front derailler stand In a finished version.

The cast iron stands wouldn't be too hard to make, but I haven't dealt with a casting place, so I have no idea as to how many would have to be made before they could be reasonably priced.

Hello everyone, The latest issue of Architectural Digest has a cover with an old exercise bike in someone's living room. Inside is an article on the LA studio with a high wheeler in the bedroom, and an antique trike in another room. Its now in vogue to have bikes inside your house! Does anyone out there have good ideas for bike displays? Old bike display fixtures for sale? I've seen cast bike stands from the turn of the century or earlier, does anyone have one which they would sell or loan to make a mold for forging new ones? We have the technology!
