Universal had a unique twin band cable housing clamp for the top tube that I see on 1950s Bianchis, but that I've never seen in NOS boxed Mod. 51, Mod. 61, or Mod. 68 brakesets. Another puzzle.

Campagnolo offered their beautifully made cable housing clamps starting in the early 1950s, but didn't offer a brakeset till the mid-late 1960s!
