Not sure where this seller got the name but it sure is not from the head tube. There is no way the word Gipiemme fits on that head tube with that size lettering. It would have to go all the way around. You can only make out a large ME and that takes up the left hand side of the tube. That leaves the GIPIEM to fit on the whole right hand side. I don't thing so!
